I am Eartha, and I am delighted to share my work on mending the soul of the village and regenerating culture through the Map of Womanhood and Rites of Passage. Welcome!

This is the legacy I am leaving to the world—a body of work I have developed since 2013, when I began a rites of passage program for my oldest daughter. I have two daughters. This work has been inspired by the voices and hearts of thousands of women and girls who have participated in my programs and workshops over the years.

We offer accredited training programs both online and, in some cases, in person for circles of women. Our intention is to create a strong ‘village’ container that supports daughters, youth, birthing, mothering, menopause, elders, dying, and the co-creation of rites of passage ceremonies. This work is essential for regenerating a healthy new earth culture as the old paradigm collapses and becomes increasingly distorted and unhealthy.

Together, we help daughters build a strong sense of self—like a sturdy boat—that will enable them to navigate the inner river of their teenage years and safely reach the ocean of adulthood. The inner river represents the spiritual quest to discover who they are becoming. By equipping them with the necessary tools and support, we prepare them for this journey.

Rites of Passage Programs

The rites of passage ceremonies and programs we offer are designed for the initiation of the soul as the body develops. We live in a culture built by adults who have not successfully navigated their own initiations and crossed the threshold into adulthood. The consequences of moving through these thresholds unconsciously are numerous and perpetuate an unhealthy culture. Symptoms include a lack of belonging, an unclear understanding of one’s soul, and an inability to recognize unique gifts that each person has to offer the world, along with the gifts the world has to offer them. Additionally, there is often a fear of death, which translates into a fear of life, feelings of isolation, a sense of being lost and fragmented, a lack of understanding of our interconnectedness with all life, and experiences of grief and trauma.

We conduct ceremonies for all nine thresholds along the Map of Womanhood, not just those related to adulthood. Our rites of passage programs and soul quests are also designed for our daughters.

The Map of Womanhood

The map of womanhood is a holographic 3d spiral that brings us back to ourselves by helping us to see the bigger picture of our lives, so we can see through the veils of separation into the connectedness of all life.It brings women the deep understanding of the path through to the truth of their own true nature, finding ourselves by giving ourselves the picture of our own journey travelling this road.The road is ancient, well-travelled and holds much knowledge about which way you must go, which path you seek and which way the river of your own life is taking you. Walk this ancient red path with beauty and grace as the spirits walk beside you, the grandmothers walk beside you, urging you on to complete your Earthwalk with the beauty of the path of woman. Have strength, honour and compassion for the right and wrong turns that we take to get there. Honouring the cycle and finding your way back to the path/flow in every moment.It becomes a map as you become more conscious on this journey, letting go of the past, but bringing the vibrant and rich threads of your medicine with you so you can find your way forward consciously. The golden thread of light that wove its way through your past thresholds becomes a light to help you find your way through the future thresholds you have yet to walk. You can become conscious on your path.We take our time step by step, dancing this spiral of time, creating the map we must follow into the future, by uncovering the healing of the past. Recovering the past, healing the future. Step by step on the well-worn road. Placing an offering at every threshold with reverence for this sacred quest, that takes beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary beauty of our own life.We are beauty, we are sacred, we are holy, we are ancient
When your path is well worn, honoured and revered as holy, you express your divinity and can give this to our daughters.Blankets and stones, patterns and stars. We come together in the middle for our final dance. The ancient ones, the grandmothers are with us, dancing, pounding the vibration of the cosmos with their bare feet.Spiralling into the centre we come home with strength and wisdom. The map of womanhood becomes a spiritual practise.

Eartha has inspired such a beautiful movement here in the UK (and perhaps further afield) by holding mother and daughter lodges for her girls and then supporting so many others to set them up for their daughters. Sharing women’s wisdom teachings on importantant topics such as puberty, menstruation, body image, how to stay true to yourself and your ‘soulskin’ and how to listen to your inner voice and so much more. The underlying foundation being of honouring the Earth and how nature is within us and we are the Earth was woven within the stories and other activities.
I have such precious memories of this journey. Seeing our daughters during their Girlbloom ceremony as they made their way blindfold towards us, guided by our song whilst following a rope through the woods with their hands. Visiting each ‘spirit spot’ where our girls spent their soul quest in the wild oak wood on Dartmoor and honouring her unique qualities. I love the way Eartha is with the girls, bringing laughter and lightness as well as such deep teachings.
My daughter loved the girls lodge. I can see how it has supported her to be comfortable with talking about her body and the changes that puberty brings. Also, I value the closeness we share which was nourished by our monthly lodges. I feel that each mother and each daughter brought a different colour thread to the lodge and these wove into a beautiful basket that held us and nourished us. We all learnt from each other and learnt that there is no one way of being a woman, all our unique medicines are needed in the world. It was an honour to witness them grow in to womanhood in this way.

Finding Eartha and learning soul mending with her in circle has been like seeing the web that connects all of my healing work together, spiralling into my heart temple. Mending the soul of the village together in our community has been so powerful. We have all seen each other change our lives from the inner to the outer, and it is such an honour to be on this journey together. Soul mending and rights of passage ceremonies have now become the foundation of the way I see life, and soul loss is for me now how I see the root of all the issues happening in my personal life and in the collective. Eartha is humble and grounded, as well as being connected to higher wisdom that I can feel her channeling through her feedback on my journeys. This work has totally transformed my life and empowered me with the tools to continue this healing and transformation to bring myself into wholeness. I am so grateful and passionate about this way and would recommend working with Eartha wholeheartedly.
